High-intensity interval training in a heated studio. Short bursts of maximum effort followed by active recovery — designed to build cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and push your limits. Suitable for all levels.
A structured circuit-style workout combining strength and conditioning. Move through stations of timed exercises designed to challenge the entire body — functional, intense, and adaptable to all fitness levels.
